This famous fish of the Aegean and Mediterranean is very rare in Marmara. They’re approximately about 25-35 cm in size and 0.5 – 3 kg in weight. They live in shallow waters during the summer and in 35 – 40 meters deep in the winter. Its meat is quite delicious.
