Shipping Facts during COVID-19 Pandemic

Please be aware; FedEx Ground (Free Shipping) transit times can be 2-3 business days longer, due to federal and local regulations and the demand in your State. Consider to order your perishable items via FedEx 1-2 day services, especially during hot weather conditions. It is always better to check your State's latest regulations before you place your order with Free Shipping option.

We offer Free Shipping to all Nationwide US

All orders above $100 will be sent with Free Shipping option with certain limits. This option is valid only for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery services. FedEx Air services will not be eligible for Free Shipping. AK, HI and PR is not eligible for this offer. No promotion code needed for this offer. Little reminder: Shipping companies charge heavy weight surcharges for the packages weigh more than 50 lb. If this is the case, it is always better to place 2 seperate orders, each should be less than 50 lb.  


BTF is proud to offer reliable FedEx Ground services to the nationwide U.S as default. However, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery time depends on where you live and local FedEx Ground Delivery Schedule. You should expect to receive your package within 1 to 5 business days. FedEx Home Delivery delivers 7 days a week to the residential addresses. Shipping charges depend on which service you choose and your address. If your order contains perishables and you live in the states other than 1-2 zones, we strongly recommend that you choose FedEx Air services especially during summer time.

Below is the transit map for approximate FedEx Ground transit times for nationwide U.S. Please keep in mind that FedEx Ground services always give approximate delivery time, if you need your order arrived in a certain day, we strongly recommend to choose FedEx Air services.

 

FOR ZONE 1 CUSTOMERS

FREE Shipping on all orders above $100 purchase. Maximum weight limit is 45 lb. Transportation times may take up-to 1-2 business days depending on destination address. After maximum weight limit of 45 lb, shipping charge rate is $2 per lb. If your order is below $100, or more than 45 lb you might want to choose choose FedEx Ground services which wil be given as another option.

FOR ZONE 2 CUSTOMERS

FREE Shipping on all orders above $100 purchase. Maximum weight limit is 35 lb. Transportation times may take up-to 2-3 business days depending on destination address. After maximum weight limit of 35 lb, shipping charge rate is $2 per lb. If your order is below $100, or more than 35 lb, you might want to choose FedEx Ground services which will be given as another option.

FOR ZONE 4 CUSTOMERS

FREE Shipping on all orders above $100 purchase. Maximum weight limit is 25 lb. Transportation times may take up-to 3-4 business days depending on destination address. After maximum weight limit of 25 lb, shipping charge rate is $3 per lb. If your order is below $100, or more than 25 lb, you might want to choose FedEx Ground services which will be given as another option.

Some orders, may not be shipped with FedEx Ground services, as perishable and frozen products in such orders may be spoiled during transit time. For such orders, other shipping methods are available and you will be prompted for shipping options during the check-out. Our company will not be responsible for damage/spoilage for Zone 3-4 states if FedEx Ground method chosen especially in summer time. Your order will be delivered with the service you choose and charged accordingly as stated in “Shipping Method Selection” during checkout. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Please note that if you place an order containing perishables after Thursday, your package might be sent on the first business day in the following week in order to prevent damage and spoilage in the carrier’s warehouses. We prefer to keep the packages in our refrigerated warehouse instead of FedEx Stations for your convenience. In the summer time, always prefer your work address as delivery address if nobody at home address. In this way, your package will not stay under the sun all day long.

For FedEx Ground shipments; the orders will be sent first come first serve basis. During busy days the orders can be sent second or third day. If you need your order some certain time period you have to inform/call us ahead. We will act according to your needs. If you need to receive your order in certain time you should choose FedEx Air services anyways. When FedEx Ground shipment is chosen as shipment method, please note that FedEx never guarantees any certain  date/time of your deliverey which depends 1-5 business days to receive according to shipping state. Business days mean weekdays and not cover the weekends. For such cases, our company will not be responsible for the delivery time and the spoilage that may occur during transit times. It is your responsibility to choose faster shipment methods to prevent any undesirable situtations. 

Facts and Restrictions for Alcoholic Beverages: You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery. If an order includes alcoholic beverages along with the regular items, still requires an adult’s signature to be delivered. Best Turkish Food will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Best Turkish Food in its sole judgment believes that such shipment will not subject Best Turkish Food to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of alcoholic beverages by BTF violates the law, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address in another state or have their alcoholic beverage shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state. As a service to our customers, we have compiled a listing of these facilities, which are not affiliated with BTF. We do not provide an endorsement of any facility and we recommend that you contact the facility directly to determine if their costs and services meet your needs. If you are planning on having alcoholic beverages shipped within the US, please be advised that orders on our Web site will only accept when the shipping address is in State of ILLINOIS. All of our customers are welcome to visit our location and purchase alcoholic beverages with a valid photo ID. You are responsible for the FedEx surcharges for alchohol shipments.

Tracking your order:
You may track your shipment after you receive shipping confirmation email which includes FedEx tracking number by using www.FedEx.com or by calling (800) 463-3339 for your shipment status. You may also check delivery status by log in to your account.

Receiving your order:
If you do not receive your order within 4 business days please contact BTF. We will trace your shipment with FedEx. You should be contacted within 24 hours with an answer. If it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will either replace it, or, credit the amount to your credit card. The items with physical damage will be replaced with the same item excluding perishable items. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE(S), if you received item(s) that you did not order. Your correct selection will be shipped when we receive the item unopened. And don't forget; if your package delivered to the address provided, and don't be picked up at the same day, neither us or FedEx are responsible for damages can be ocurred. 

Shipping to different locations:
BTF makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location. This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to school, or if you’re going on vacation and want supplies there when you arrive. You only need to change the "ship to" address for a particular order. Please remember that your billing address must be exactly as your credit card company has it. Any discrepancy will delay your order. It's that simple.

Re-Scheduling the delivery
You can change the delivery date on any order that has not yet been shipped by calling Customer Service. Package re-routing may delay the packages arrival depending on the new destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can send international orders for individuals. But we will not be responsible for the possible holds at related country's customs. You will see the shipping charges on the check out page. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Your BTF order will arrive on your doorstep within 1- 4 business days via FedEx Ground. And don't forgert; FedEx Home Delivery services delivers 7 days a week for residential adresses.

For time-critical packages, BTF offers the most reliable, time-definite delivery in one, two, or three business days for faster deliveries. The costs of these deliveries are the recipients’ liability.

Packages are delivered between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. An exact time of delivery cannot be given; it depends where the address is on the FedEx courier’s route. When sending to a residential address, the standard practice is to leave the package at the door if no one is home. FedEx Ground delivers regular weekdays (Monday thru Friday); FedEx Home Delivery also delivers Saturdays and Sundays additional to business days. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, you should inform us when you place your order. A signature is required for all packages sent to an office, a college dorm, a hotel room etc. If you request for signature proof and no one is home when FedEx delivers the package, the courier will take the package back to local FedEx Station and it will be the recipient’s responsibility to pick it up or schedule a redelivery. Please note that FedEx does not keep the packages refrigerated and BTF is not responsible for any delays and spoilage.

Please Note: FedEx only delivers on business days and does not deliver on the following 6 holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
